Indestructible Warranty — full terms.
The plain version lives on the warranty page. The full terms — definitions, scope, exclusions, and how to file — live here.
Scope
At launch, the Indestructible Warranty covers the Bulletproof Mini Mount only. We may extend coverage to other products as quality data justifies; any extension will be announced and published on this page. Until then, other products are covered by their stated warranty.
What is covered
Failure of the covered product to perform as designed under reasonable, good-faith use in the conditions described on the product page. Failure includes structural breakage, fastening hardware failure, and any manufacturing defect that prevents the product from being safely installed and used.
What "good faith" means
Good faith means: you used the product the way a normal owner of that product would; you installed it consistent with the included install guide; you did not modify the product in ways the documentation says not to; you did not intentionally damage it. We do not litigate edge cases and we are not looking for a reason to say no.
What is excluded
Cosmetic wear from normal use (scratches, fading). Damage from intentional misuse, accidents unrelated to the product's function, or use outside the documented environment. Damage from unauthorized modification (welds, additional drilled holes, structural alteration). Loss of the product. Consequential damage to other equipment or to the vehicle or vessel — covered separately by your insurance, if at all.
How to file a claim
Email warranty@underscoresystems.com with: a photo of the damage, a one-sentence description of what happened, the original order number (if available), and your shipping address. We typically respond within one business day. No RMA portal. No escalation queue. No paperwork acrobatics.
Resolution
For valid claims, we ship a replacement at no cost to you, including standard shipping in the U.S. and Canada. If a replacement is not available, we issue a full refund of the original purchase price. We do not gatekeep on receipt of the broken product; we may ask for it back for engineering analysis, and we will pay return shipping if we do.
Transferability
The warranty covers the product, not the buyer. If you sell or give the mount to someone else, the warranty travels with it. We do not require registration or proof of ownership beyond the original order.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to — not in place of — any rights you have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Nothing here limits those rights.
Limits
Where the law allows, our maximum aggregate liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the covered product or refund of its original purchase price, at our option. We disclaim consequential and incidental damages to the extent the law allows.
Updates
We may revise these terms. Revisions apply to products purchased on or after the revision's effective date; products purchased before that date are covered under the terms in effect on the date of purchase. The "last updated" date above changes when we revise.
